Who we are
This website and our text messages are run by DinoDigi LLC, doing business as DinoLocal ("DinoLocal", "we", "us"), in Los Angeles, California. Questions about this policy go to support@dinolocal.com.
What we collect
- What you send us through our forms: your name, business name, email, phone number, website or Google listing, type of business, area, the package you're interested in, your message, and whether you chose to receive text messages.
- Text messages: your mobile number and the messages you exchange with us at (323) 381-5242.
- Basic technical information: your IP address and browser details, used only to keep the site secure and stop spam.
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Clients who sign in to their owner area get a cookie that keeps them signed in.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare the free presence check you asked for, schedule calls and send proposals.
- To provide our services to clients and support them.
- If you opted in, to send you customer care text messages about your request.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
Text messages
If you text (323) 381-5242 or check the text-message box on our contact form, we send you customer care messages: replies to your questions, notice that your presence check is ready, call reminders and follow-ups on proposals you requested. Up to 10 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out at any time. See our terms for the full program details.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website and messages, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Resend, which delivers our emails.
- Twilio, which delivers our text messages.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your request or provide our services, and for records the law requires us to keep. Ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
Email support@dinolocal.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
